Spincloud is a B2B supplier. We contract with licensed operators and corporate clients only. We never open player accounts, hold player funds, or operate a casino ourselves.
The controller for personal data collected through this website is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (company number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]). For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, write to [email protected].
Only two things. First, what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number where you give one, the market you are asking about, and your message. Second, standard analytics about your visit — pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser, and how you arrived — and only if you accept analytics cookies.
Contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry and to discuss a potential commercial relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Analytics and advertising data are processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick it back up. Analytics data follows the retention configured in Google Analytics. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will.
We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors, some of which are outside the EEA and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers:
| Service | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads | Google Ireland Ltd. | Traffic measurement and advertising. Loaded with Consent Mode v2; denied until you accept. |
| Formspree | Formspree Inc. (US) | Delivers the contact form to our sales inbox. |
| Tawk.to | tawk.to Inc. | Live chat widget, loaded only after your first interaction with the page. |
| Google Fonts | Google Ireland Ltd. | Serves the two webfonts used by the site. |
Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which any service is supplied — that is always a separate written contract.
This site is addressed to licensed operators, corporate clients and their advisers. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble, and no gambling service is offered to the public through it. Online gambling is regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions; you are responsible for holding the licences and approvals required in every market you operate in.
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice. Descriptions of licensing routes are general information about jurisdictions and change frequently; take your own advice before acting.
We keep this site current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Product descriptions, figures and timelines are indicative and depend on scope, market and third-party providers. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION].
